Dorchester Men's Shed have built two brand new replacement bridges across the Winterbourne Canal.
The work was achieved during the organisation's twice weekly sessions over a period of two months using drawings for the original bridges which were constructed over twenty five years ago.
Both bridges were opened by Dorchester Town Mayor, David Taylor, who said "Dorchester Men's Shed came together for people who want company, to make friends, learn skills and who now produce phenomenal work like this! All over Dorchester people are seeing what you do, and for this you should be immensely proud of your achievements."
